How do I get to Cunda Island?
The nearest airport is Balıkesir Koca Seyit (EDO) ~45 minutes, İzmir Adnan Menderes (ADB) ~2 hours. From İstanbul it's ~4-5 hours by road; a ferry from Lesbos (Greece) reaches Ayvalık in ~1.5 hours. Cunda is connected to Ayvalık by a bridge, and private transfers are arranged on request.
Is there a private beach and pool?
Yes — a private beach with its own jetty and a heated pool. The property is beachfront, with sunbeds, swimming and light meals through the day.
How many rooms are there, and what types?
There are 12 rooms across four separate buildings. Sea-view Deluxe and garden/town-view Superior room types, many with a private terrace.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is included with your stay. Vegetarian, vegan and allergy preferences are catered for.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 14:00 and check-out 12:00. For early check-in/late check-out, contact us subject to availability.
What is the children and pet policy?
The residence welcomes guests aged 13 and over; pets are not permitted.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, private transfers are arranged on request (for a fee). Just share your flight details when booking.
